1. Dealers as an independent corporation must have a certain amount of capitals and operating scale, a huge sales network and customer groups, a good reputation and goodwill, a long-term development perspective, but shall not deal in the other branded products which are competitive with us.

2. The first three months is as an adjustable phase after signing the contract. We will award the certificate to the eligible dealers if the dealers can meet our auditing standards and obey all kinds of special rules in the three months.

3. Dealers should promote Zoko’s products actively after getting the certificate of dealer qualification and help us open the market and sell products. We will provide technology support and sales skill guide and training.

4. The Dealers must have enough products storage and related technicians and service personnel, otherwise we will cancel the qualification as an eligible dealer.
