1. goods received check
Input the order datum to the portable data collector according to order contract or order list. Please prepare the inner bar codes if there are no bar codes on the pack. When the goods arrive, paste the inner bar codes on the pack and then scan a goods bar code, the screen of the portable data collector will show the quantity of this kind of goods. Confirm directly after checking, otherwise input the right quantity with keyboard.
Place the goods to relevant stalls according its classes and attributes after the goods received. Scan the bar code of the goods and relevant stall step by step with the portable data collector, then put the portable data collector into communication controller which connects to PC, and the datum of goods received and stalls will be sent to PC.
2. goods dispatched
According to every branch store application, PC system will make supply instruction about every branch store by relevant goods quantity in the stock. Collect all supply goods and scan the bar codes with the portable data collector in which the datum of goods dispatched have been saved, at the same time confirm the quantity of goods dispatched. At last the datum will be sent to PC.
3. check in the stock
Input the actual goods quantity in the stock to the portable data collector and scan the goods bar codes in turn, and then upload the datum to PC which can make the income and expense reports and analysis report.
4. supply order automatically
Supply order automatically with the portable data collector. At first read the bar codes of goods on the stalls. Input the quantity of supply order with keyboard to collector. Transmit the datum to PC through the communication controller.

5. goods received confirm
Confirm the goods received with the portable data collector conveniently. When the goods of supply order arrive, read every goods bar code and input the quantity of goods. Confirm the goods received by supply order list after uploading the datum of goods received to PC.
6. check management
Read bar codes of all goods and quantity with the portable data collector and then upload datum to PC. Check and make income and expense report through comparing the goods between PC and collector.
Using the portable data collector avoids troubles of finding the goods with list or checking the list with goods and reduces mistakes in the handwork, for example lack of check or check again.
